CANCELLATION POLICY
- We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.
- If you cancel:
- Prior to 45 days or more - 25% of tour cost
- Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 40% of tour cost
- Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
- Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure - 75%
- Between 6 days and In case of no show - 100%

- 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
- Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.
- Check In / Check out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs. (Noon)
- All the above mentioned rates are per person rates on twin sharing

- Rooms holding shall be for a period of 72 hours only.
- The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only
- Any amendment and cancellation in the booking before 15 days RS.500 per Person are chargeable as communication charges.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Indian Service tax of 5% will be applicable on the total bill Amount if you make the payment in INR.
- Rates will change if traveling dates are changed due to Major Trade Fairs & Exhibition. Supplementary Charges may apply.
Itinerary
Welcome to India - Meet & greet by our representative upon arrival at outside the exit gate (Gate No. 5) of Delhi airport and transfers to your pre-booked hotel, check-in at the hotel. Delhi - India's capital & a major gateway to the country. Rest of the day free for leisure and overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.
Morning after breakfast, proceed for Guided Sightseeing tour of Delhi, visit Humayun’s Tomb, commissioned by Humayun’s wife Hamida Banu Begum in 1562. Later visit the Qutub Minar, which is the tallest brick minaret in the world; it was commissioned by Qutbuddin Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi. Later drive past to India Gate, President House and Lutyen’s zone before you head toward Rajghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Thereafter, Overnight stay at Hotel in Delhi.
Morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and your driver will be available at hotel lobby to driver for Agra. Visit Agra Famous Market & Marble Factory Upon arrival at Agra check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Agra.
Early morning Visit Taj Mahal at sunrise, symbol of eternal love. Taj a mausoleum built as a symbol of Emperor Shah Jehan’s devotion to his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Considered an architectural marvel. Later visit Agra Fort, taken over from the Lodhis by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century. After breakfast, drive to Jaipur and enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri, which was built by Emperor Akbar and is home to many historical buildings. Today, Fatehpur Sikri is a UNESCO World heritage site. Further drive to Jaipur and check into your Hotel. Jaipur is the gateway to the magnificent and vibrant state of Rajasthan. Evening take a stroll in the markets of Jaipur for the traditional dresses and shoes, curio shops, blue pottery etc. Overnight in Jaipur.
Morning after breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort, take an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill. Later, stop to photograph the beautiful Hawa Mahal, also known as the “Palace of the Winds.” Also visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, etc. Evening explore the city markets with Rickshaws ride and visit carpet and Jewellery factory. Overnight at the Hotel – Jaipur.
After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel to transfer you to Delhi. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel – Delhi.
We start the day with breakfast and we will check out of the hotel. Your driver will be available in the hotel lobby to drive to Rishikesh, the yoga capital of India. We will continue driving to Rishikesh. Upon arrival, rest or the day will be free or leisure for your independent activities after your long journey.
