Can I book ready-made packages directly from your website ?

What are the inclusions & exclusions in your holiday packages ?
Inclusions & Exclusions differ from package to package. While our ready-made packages come with a number of inclusions that have your accommodation, food & transportation, the custom tailor-made packages might include different things depending on your needs.
Do I require a Visa and Insurance for travel ?
Yes. If you are an Indian national and if you wish to visit abroad you will need a visa. You can easily obtain your visa through our portal ( www.visadone.com) . On the other hand, if you wish to visit a destination in India, you will not require a visa. In both cases, we recommend that you always opt for travel insurance in case of any emergencies.

What are the payment options & policies ?
Payment for bookings made with VD Holidays can be made through your Credit / Debit card, Net Banking, Cheque or Cash. VD Holiday accepts MasterCard and VISA Credit / Debit cards. All payments must be in Indian Rupees. You need to pay at least 50% of the total amount to confirm your reservation. Rest of the balance needs to be paid at least 7 days prior to your actual date of travel.
What is the cancellation & refund policy ?
Whenever you cancel any tour or service for whatsoever the reason, cancellation charges will be applicable according to the Cancellation Policy mentioned in the Terms & Conditions of Visadone Holidays. As per the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the applicable refund will be processed within 10 working days of confirmation of the cancellation.
What is the best time to visit India & Globally ?
