Balance 50% within 07 days of confirmation or travel date whichever is earlier.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.
If you cancel:
Prior to 45 days or more - 25% of tour cost
Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 40% of tour cost
Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure - 75%
Between 6 days and In case of no show - 100%

50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.

Any amendment and cancellation in the booking before 15 days RS.500 per Person are chargeable as communication charges.

Indian Service tax of 5% will be applicable on the total bill Amount if you make the payment in INR.
Rates will change if traveling dates are changed due to Major Trade Fairs & Exhibition. Supplementary Charges may apply.

Itinerary

Welcome to India - Meet & greet by our representative upon arrival at outside the exit gate (Gate No. 5) of Delhi airport and transfers to your pre-booked hotel, check-in at the hotel. Delhi - India's capital & a major gateway to the country. Rest of the day free for leisure and overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Shimla- The small hill station amidst the lofty snow-clad Himalayan ranges, surrounded by lakes and lush green pastures. Upon arrival at Shimla, Check-in at the hotel and spend evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Shimla.

After breakfast drive for excursion tour of Kufri. This is a popular picnic spot located 16km from Shimla. You may hike on foot to the Mahasu Peak or pay for a mule ride up the hill. Mahasu is the tallest peak in Kufri. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. In the evening, take a walk on Shimla’s famous boulevard, Mall Road. See fine specimens of colonial architecture, snack at the various eateries in the market or shop for souvenirs. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and will drive towards Manali – Offers super views of the Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal ranges, and with mountain adventures beckoning from all directions, Manali is a year-round magnet for tourists. Manali is popular among adventure tourists coming for trekking, paragliding, rafting and skiing. Check-in at the hotel and spend evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.

In morning after breakfast, go on an adventurous drive to Solang valley – a majorattraction, without which the trip remains incomplete. All above mentioned adventure activities can be availed here at Solang Valley (Optional cost). Apart from activities, there are splendid views to enjoy in and around the Solang Valley. Later, today visit popular Hadimba Temple, Naggar Castle and Art gallery. In the evening, go for a walk along Mall Road. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, enjoy full day at leisure in Manali. Alternatively, you may explore the destination offering numerous adventure sports (optional cost) and other places of interest. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.

After breakfast, drive towards Chandigarh and check-in at the hotel. If time permits, visit Nek Chand's Rock Garden which consists of man-made interlinked waterfalls and many other sculptures that have been made of scrap & other kinds of wastes materials. Overnight stay in Chandigarh.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Delhi (250 kms/5.5 hrs.). Arrive Delhi and transfer to Airport to connect onward flight.
