• TOUR PAYMENT METHOD:

• It will be possible to make only 25% of the full price during the reservation instead of the full amount. The voucher will be sent you via email along with the confirmation.
• The remaining payment will be made until at least 5 weeks before the tour departure date.
• The payment requirements might be change according to the season or Hotel choice. If it is the high season or If the hotel you have chosen is a luxury hotel with fixed payment methods, you will be informed about the requirements and cancellation policy before the confirmation.
• PS. For the inquiries we receive 4 weeks before the departure date, the payment will be %100 outright cash on the line. In addition, for the inquiries we receive less than 4 weeks before the departure date, extra expenses from the hotels will be added on the invoices.
• Due to the quota we have at the hotels and for the transfer company, the inquiries we receive 1 week before the departure date will not be confirmed.
• TOUR PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
• As a company, we are always honored to protect the benefits of our guests and business partners, and to always provide the best price, the best package and convenience in cancellation conditions for them. Cancellation policy below is only for land services and we will follow the cancellation policy of airline companies for domestic flights.
• If you cancel your booking 4 weeks before tour departure date you will receive 75% refund
• If you cancel you’re booking 3 weeks before tour departure date you will receive 50% refund.
• If you cancel you’re booking 2 weeks before tour departure date you will receive 25% refund.
• TOUR PROGRAM ROUTE:
• We have prepared this tour schedule very carefully for our dearest guests. The specified tour routes that have been prepared by Satguru Travel, and it is compulsory to visit the museums, historical places, cultural shopping venues and activities specified in the package. Everything on the tour route has been specially prepared with the knowledge of almost 20 years of Satgurutravel, and has been prepared for the comfort, convenience and sensitivity of our guests in the foreground.
